Agile certified Zoho implementation partners based in Essex, Maryland. Implementing Zoho One for growing businesses for over a decade. We do not hand off a configured system. We stay until it works.
Troy Mobley started Matrix Connect Group after spending years watching small businesses grow into their own bottlenecks.
The story was usually the same. A business owner would add a CRM to manage sales. Then a separate tool for invoicing. Another one for HR. A project management platform. A support inbox. After a few years of growth, they had six subscriptions, no unified reporting, and a team spending a significant chunk of every week moving information between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
The problem was not the tools. Most of those tools were fine on their own. The problem was that nobody had ever sat down and designed a system that covered the whole business from the start.
That is the gap Matrix Connect Group was built to fill. We implement Zoho One as a complete operating system for small and midsize businesses, not as a collection of apps, but as a single connected platform where sales, finance, HR, customer support, and operations share the same data and the same workflows.

Troy has been doing this for over 10 years. He is not a software salesman who learned Zoho to add a service line. He came from the operational side first, spent years understanding how small businesses actually run, and built the technical expertise around that foundation.
The businesses he works with are usually in a similar place. Growing, capable, but running on systems that made sense at a smaller scale and are starting to create real friction at the current one. The team is good. The processes are mostly understood. But the tools are not connected, the reporting is unreliable, and leadership is making decisions without a complete picture.
That is a solvable problem. Troy has solved it across a range of industries over the past decade.
"Most business owners I talk to have already tried to fix this themselves. They have connected apps through Zapier, built reporting in spreadsheets, hired someone to manage the stack. It works for a while. But it is fragile. One thing changes and the whole setup needs rebuilding. What we do is replace that fragility with something actually designed to hold up as the business grows." — Troy Mobley, Founder
There are a lot of Zoho consultants. Some are large offshore agencies running multiple projects simultaneously. Some are freelancers who completed a certification course. Some are generalist IT firms that added Zoho to their service list. The difference comes down to a few things.
There is no handoff once the project starts. The Team scopes it, designs it, and sees it through. Client stakeholders must engage in each iteration. Their feedback is what makes an implementation actually work, not just look right.
Every implementation begins with a proper assessment of how the business currently operates. We map the processes, identify where the manual work is, and figure out what the system needs to do before we configure anything. Most implementation problems happen because this step gets skipped.
Your business does not stop running while we build the system. Each phase is deployed, tested, and refined before the next one starts. You see results within the first few weeks, not at the end of a six-month project.
Your sales team needs to know how to use the CRM. Your finance team needs to know how to run reports. Your operations manager needs to understand the automations. We train each group for how they will actually use the system, not a general walkthrough that covers everything and helps nobody in particular.
The first three months after launch are usually when the most important refinements happen. The team is using the system in the real world, finding edge cases, figuring out what needs adjusting. We are there for that.
Most Zoho consultants split their attention across five or six platforms. We do not. Every implementation, every automation, and every integration we build runs on Zoho One. That focus means we have seen and solved most Zoho challenges before they reach your business.

The team has been implementing Zoho One across multiple industries, business sizes, and operational models for over a decade.
Every industry has its own way of operating. A real estate firm tracks commissions, listings, and client relationships differently from the way a logistics company tracks orders and fleet coordination. We scope every implementation around the industry in front of us.
Lead management, contract tracking, client communication, and commission reporting configured within Zoho One.
Client onboarding, project management, invoicing, and reporting for consultancies, agencies, and law firms.
Patient communication, appointment management, compliance tracking, and reporting within Zoho's secure environment.
Order management, customer updates, supply chain visibility, and coordination across teams and locations.
Job costing, subcontractor management, client communication, and project dashboards for field operations.
"Before working with Matrix Connect Group, we were running our business across five different tools and still could not get a clean report out of any of them. After implementation, our leadership team finally had reporting they could trust and act on."
"I had an excellent experience with Matrix Connect. Professional, great quality work, and outstanding service throughout. Troy was accommodating through every change we asked for. Would recommend without hesitation."
