Who We Are

Matrix Connect Group did not start as a software company.

Troy Mobley spent years in enterprise technology, working across Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, and Xerox, watching how large organizations ran their operations and what made the difference between teams that performed and teams that struggled. The answer was never the tools. It was always the methodology behind them.

He started Matrix Connect Group as an agile coaching and productivity consulting firm. The focus was on helping small and midsize businesses build the kind of operational discipline that actually creates growth.

Zoho One came later. Not as a product to sell, but as the technology backbone that made the methodology work at scale. A business with a well-designed process and a properly implemented Zoho system runs differently from one that just has software turned on.

That combination, methodology first, technology second, is what makes Matrix Connect Group a different kind of Zoho implementation partner.

Today MCG serves businesses across the DMV region, Pennsylvania, and the United States, with every engagement still built around the same principle: understand how the business works before touching any software.

Troy Mobley founded Matrix Connect Group after 20+ years in enterprise sales and technology at Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, and Xerox. He has seen from the inside how field-driven sales teams actually operate, and what breaks when the systems underneath them are disconnected.

Today he focuses on two things. Zoho CRM implementations for real estate brokerages where lead routing, follow-up automation, and pipeline visibility are the core problem. And Zoho One implementations for growing businesses replacing a stack of disconnected tools with one connected system.

Troy holds a PMI-ACP certification, SAFe Scrum Master certification, and is an Agile Digest ESM partner. He is on every client call. No account managers.

What Makes Matrix Connect Group Different From Other Zoho Consultants

There are a lot of Zoho consultants. Some are large offshore agencies running multiple projects simultaneously. Some are freelancers who completed a certification course. Some are generalist IT firms that added Zoho to their service list. The difference comes down to a few things.

The Team is involved from the first call to the last training session.

There is no handoff once the project starts. The Team scopes it, designs it, and sees it through. Client stakeholders must engage in each iteration. Their feedback is what makes an implementation actually work, not just look right.

We start with the business before we touch the software.

Every implementation begins with a proper assessment of how the business currently operates. We map the processes, identify where the manual work is, and figure out what the system needs to do before we configure anything. Most implementation problems happen because this step gets skipped.

We implement in phases.

We are still available after go-live.
